Portland Coastguards requested lifeboat assistance to a 32' yacht with machinery failure 1.4' East of Grove Point Portland.
ILB paged launched and proceeded.
Once on scene a tow was connected and the vessel towed to Portland Marina where Portland Bill Coastguard Rescue Officers where awaiting to greet them.
ILB released to return to station, refuelled and made ready for service.
