 Launched to report of a 57 year old windsurfer clinging to a buoy in Portland Harbour suffering from angina and forgot his spray.Arrived on scene at 1412hrs man had been recovered to a rib, transfered casuality to lifeboat and taken ashore to waiting ambulance
