Both Weymouth lifeboats where launched to a report of a 45' yacht aground with an unresponsive skipper onboard.
ILB arrived onscene and transferred 2 crew members then collected stretcher and 2 crew off ALB.
Skipper was transferred to ILB whilst first aid was administerred and then winched from ILB by Coastguard helicopter 106 for transport to hospital.
The yacht was then towed clear of the beach and taken to Weymouth Harbour
