32ft Sailing yacht Hot Toddy with 2 persons aboard suffering from swampping,engine failure and in heavy seas south of the Shambles Bank.On scene 1910hrs casualty escorted by Lifeboat under sail to Portland Harbour, where Lifeboat then towed her into the Marina. Arrive safely at marina 2100hrs.Lifeboat return to station, refuelled and ready for service 2145. |
