We start Lifeboat week with a service of celebration on Sunday 25th July in the Cove at 1945. This is a blessing of the boats, crews and all supporters of the RNLI, with the Salvation Army band in support. Come and exercise your voices!!

On Monday 26th July from 1800 (display from 1900) we have a SAR demo including Lifeboats, Coasguard Rescue Team and Helicopter in Newtons Cove, below the Nothe Gardens, with live music, BBQ, bar and childrens entertainer

Wednesday 28th July we repeat the SAR demo at Bowleazes Cove. (display from 1900). Both events are very popular so come early!

Thursday 29th July there is a BBQ and bar at Weymouth Sailing Club, Nothe Parade, just along from the Lifeboat Station. Open to the Public from 1800. Hopefully there will also be a Gig race between the Lifeboat Crew and other emergency services, in Weymouth Harbour at the same time.

Saturday 31st July see the Lifeboats and Station open to the public from 1030 to 1600. Come and look around both the Severn and Atlantic class Lifeboats and meet the crews. There will also be  videos and Liferaft displays as well as displays of model Lifeboats in action courtesy of Mr Ron Trowbridge. A Grand Raffle also the Sea Safety stand with free Lifejacket clinic. Last year over 700 people visited.
